Chocolates are a big weakness and the other day when I saw this easy chocolate cake recipe at Raks Kitchen that can be made in a minute I just couldn't wait.

With my daughter egging me on to go ahead and try it, I decided to give this absolutely drool worthy microwave chocolate cake recipe a try. Call it by any name , a mug cake or a microwave cake, this chocolaty treat is one that is on the to do list yet again. A big thumbs up from my daughter for this super moist, chocolaty fantasy.

I decided to split the single serving into two ramekins(felt my ramekins were a shade smaller than the one used by Rajeshwari.
