Baking For Beginners – II Event Roundup

The Baking for Beginners Event Round up is here. It has been a wonderful experience hosting and working on the event round up. Every recipe in this list is a motivator and is sure to inspire many to don the baker’s hat. My sincere thanks to each one of you who have send in entries for the event, I have been soothing my senses just drooling over these recipes for the past few days. Looking forward to your support and motivation in the days to come. The entries are listed in the order received. If I have by any chance missed any entry please do feel free to drop me a mail at vandanarajesh2@gmail.com

Here goes:
1- Begin with a beautifully baked cake from K of the Khichdi blog. This is her very first bake and that says it all. If you have been playing around with the idea of making a beginning with the oven, here's a delicious excuse.

2- The Midnight Chocolate Cake from Cham of spice-club is truly hard to resist. This is an anytime treat and one that anyone baking would truly be proud of. Cham says "As the title mentions You can bake this cake even in midnight and with a least ingredients available in your pantry! Easy- fatfree- moist and chocolaty!"

3-Vidhya of Sugar'N Spice proudly presents her stunning treat THE Chocolate sheet cake . She adds "This chocolate sheet cake is popularly known as the Texas Sheet Cake. This is so easy to make that you don't need special equipments like an electric whisk or anything of that sort.Even those who are not experienced in cake frosting can try this and come up trumps!".

7- Vatsala of Show and Tell has a healthy Baked Palak Paneer. The perfect dish for those on a low calorie healthy diet (not to forget the little Popeye fans).
