My Daughter’s Favorite Chicken Lollipop Recipe

This chicken lollipop recipe is one that I make very often at home for this is my daughter's favourite. Ever since she has tried the chicken lollipop at a restaurant she has gone on to become an ardent fan of this chicken fry recipe and so it got me thinking about the chicken recipe for this. One I liked it too and so wanted to give it a try, second at the restaurants they always use food color which is a strict no-no for me. So this being one of my daughter's favourite chicken recipes, I just had to customise it to her tastes.

So here is my version of the quick and easy chicken lollipop recipe that my daughter loves. This is a chicken fry recipe, if you wish to cut down the calories you could try baking the chicken lollipop. My daughter loved it and is already waiting for the next time that it is going to be on the dining table. Will repeat it soon..my dear..I promise. With holidays just round the corner, having lovely eats flowing has become all the more important. So here goes the chicken lollipop that is one of the easy chicken recipes on this blog.

Chicken Lollipop Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken Lollipop- ½ kg (approximately 14-15 pieces)
Soya sauce-2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Tomato sauce-2 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
Refined flour -1/4 cup

Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Egg-1
Salt to taste (check and only then add as soya sauce is also salty)
Oil-For deep frying

Method for making chicken lollipop:
1-Wash and clean the chicken lollipop.
2-Make marinade by mixing all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add a little water if required and make a smooth paste.
3-Add the chicken lollipop pieces and mix well. Keep marinated for half an hour.

4-Deep fry and enjoy this juicy chicken lollipop. You may alternately try baking the lollipops too.
