Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake in 1 Minute

Chocolates are a big weakness and the other day when I saw this easy chocolate cake recipe at Raks Kitchen that can be made in a minute I just couldn't wait.
With my daughter egging me on to go ahead and try it, I decided to give this absolutely drool worthy microwave chocolate cake recipe a try. Call it by any name , a mug cake or a microwave cake, this chocolaty treat is one that is on the to do list yet again. A big thumbs up from my daughter for this super moist, chocolaty fantasy.

Raks Kitchen is a beautiful space with outstanding recipes and the personal touch that she adds to the blog makes the whole difference. Every recipe with so much of attention to detail is tabulated along with step by step pictures that makes it so easy for even a beginner in the kitchen. Have tried quite a few recipes from Rajeshwari's kitchen that by now I know that I can blindly go by the recipe and the result would be simply amazing.
I just got myself a set of ramekins and was so excited to use them. So, it just had to be with this super cute cake(original recipe here). This single serving cake recipe is simply yumm. I decided to split the single serving into two ramekins(felt my ramekins were a shade smaller than the one used by Rajeshwari. You can make it in any microwave safe dish, a coffee mug or a small bowl. Sending this over to Nupur's What's with my cuppa event If you liked this, you may also like my 7 minute microwave eggless chocolate cake recipe.
